Information
A song writer and musician pretty much all his life david (dave) recorded the cult classic album 'Count Me Out' with his band Moonkyte. The album was re-released on CD in November 2005 on the Sunbeam label to critical acclaim. Has written lyrics for other artists including Italian superstar Amedeo Minghi and songstress Nair. Also UK artist Amar. His dear grandson was the main reason he became a children's author.
David now co-ordinates four writing groups for the over 50s' in North Lincolnhsire. He edited 'Tell Me Once More' an anthology of short stories and poems by the Brigg Fresh Start Writers. The book was illustrated by pupils at Wrawby C of E Primary School.
The Scunthorpe Fresh Start Writers are working towards a Talking Book and a major event in October when they will lead a multi-media presentation for local school children.
David has also begun to write short stories and poems for adults as well as children.
