Yes, my name does have a funny spelling, but I assure you I come from a good family and am reasonably normal in all other respects. I’ve had a fairly uneventful childhood, the reasonable normality of which was only slightly marred by foreign locale and, perhaps, one too many elementary school ground fights (what can I say, children!). In fact, my childhood was so uneventful, I took up writing horror stories (of which, luckily, none survived to this day) in order to keep things on the lively side. College and a string of "exciting" day jobs followed, but I’d rather not betray my true age by listing them by name. Don’t even ask. What I will talk about though (even if you don’t ask) are my beautiful feline friends, my failed acting career (no, I wasn’t in anything you’ve seen), what on Earth it was that made me want to be a writer, my reasons for not finding Matthew McConaughey attractive, and even the weather..... Unless I am having one of those bizarre mood swings I might’ve mentioned earlier....
