I've been writing since before I was a teenager, and had several poems and articles published while still in high school. I signed my first song contract in 1961, and over the years have seen many of my songs published and recorded by various country music entertainers. I've had a couple that made the Top 40 Billboard charts, and a few more that became number one in the Independant Charts. I have been an avid reader all of my life, and my main influences were Phillip Jose Farmer and Edgar Rice Burroughs. I think the Buffy televison series had some of the most creative writing that has ever been on television, and I'm a great fan of 24. I have bowled at the tournament level for many years, and over the years I've enjoyed a lot of participation sports, although I'm not really a fan of watching others play. I spent years as an industrial engineer in the appliance industry, more years in Nashville with a recording studio and publishing company, and I am newly retired from public work, living in Florida with my wife, my daughter and grand daughter, and spend my time with my family and my writing projects.   

MTM Certified in time measurement, Ex-Vice President of the Wizards of Words, a five time three star letter writer in the Nashville Tennessean, and winner of the coveted Silver Pen Award from the Nashville Banner. Contributing author in the Amazon Shorts program, where the Redneck Riviera series, along with some 25 other short stories have been very successful.
