I've enjoyed a diverse professional life ~ dance instructor, chorgeographer, performer; technical writer, editor, instructional designer, learning consultant ~ fields that seem worlds apart but share the elements of creativity, communication, and education ~ three of my passions.
My love of writing grew out of a journaling practice that began when I was a teenager in small-town Atlantic Canada. Life-story writing and reflective journaling have been a mainstay, providing a solid, consistent place to explore, reflect, or just "be", through the loves and losses, growth, changes, and transition that mark life's journey.
I work as a writer and elearning designer, own Professional Resume Services, and teach Writing for Healing, Growth, and Self-Care workshops on Canada's beautiful East Coast.
