Background Information

This fascination with characters has helped form my writing - I never impose a story upon my characters, they reveal their stories to me. My earlier books are modern day fables.  They chart a woman’s quest for a deeper meaning to life and reflect my own endeavours and experiences. US critics generously referred to me as ‘a storyteller extraordinaire’ for these books.
