I was born and grew up in Cape Town, South Africa. My love for traveling and experiencing different cultures as a young child planted the seed for my interest in helping and supporting international clients. I have spent much of my life in Africa, Asia and years in the UK and the USA. I am a dedicated and passionate Personal Life Coach with much international experience in different fields. An overriding motivation for my writing is to share my experience with fellow coaches, individuals and organizations to enable them to reach their potetial success and to live the lives they are meant to.
