I fell in love with poetry in my ninth grade english class. My teacher introduced us to kiwi fruit and asked us to write and describe this fruit. Well, little did I know that this would take me into a totally different world. I am a very shy and unassertive person by nature. Constantly afraid to speak up. Well through my writings I found I can speak loud and clear, and finally be heard! I enjoy having peace and quiet and just writing whatever comes to mind. I am currently in the middle of my first novel. I have just finished two poetry books, one which is now published!!! "Something from My Soul," is a collection of poems inspired by the bittersweet love of relationships, marriage and life. This is the first of many more to come. I am currently searching for a publisher for my next poetry book titled, "Family Tree and all of our branches." Please look for more titles to come.
