I fell in love with poetry in my ninth grade english class. My teacher introduced us to kiwi fruit and asked us to write and describe this fruit. Well, little did I know that this would take me into a totally different world. I am a very shy and unassertive person by nature. Constantly afraid to speak up. Well through my writings I found I can speak loud and clear, and finally be heard! I enjoy having peace and quiet and just writing whatever comes to mind.
