A man who with little writing education except for my normal H.S. education is fasinated by words, their history and all history for that matter, espcially ancient history.  I write whatever comes to mind that day, i have yet to go to a spoken word event, nor a formal poetry reading, i don't know about formatting nor grammer or even if my spelling is correct (smile) i just write and hope some one else can gain strength, or understanding from my poems and in that way i feel i've given back to the world. I was inspired by a fourth grade teacher (P.S. 82 Annex), in the Bronx NY, whose name eludes me, who introduced me to the power of books and the joy of reading and i have never forgotten her wisdom. I served 8 yrs active army, played contact footbal until i was 40yrs old, 18years and counting as a NYC Correction Officer (Gang Unit) and I have much love for this worlds history, nature and all its creatures. for some really nice poetry drop by my cousins den WILLIAM BONILLA, peace to all!
