Born in Ohio, grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  All City Basketball and semi-pro knuckleball pitcher.  Obtained four year scholarships in baseball and basketball.  Barnstormed with some of the great ball players.  Always been involved in small business and consulting.  As an entrepreneur involved in the franchise boom and supermarket boom.  Later involved in the deregulation aspects of the transportation industry.  As a venture capitalist, financed over 200 various type ventures throughout the country and the Caribbean. Testified as an "expert witness" in U. S. Bankruptcy Courts and before the U.S. Interstate Commerce Commission law judges. Traveled both nationally and internationally.  Written article appearing in the "U.S. Congressional Record" and the "Planning Executive's" magazine.  Bio appeared in Marquis' "Who, Who in America " and "Who's Who in Finance and Industry."  Recepient of many awards including the 2000 U.S. small Business Administration's "New Jersey Small Business Financial Services Advocate of the Year:  Lectured at Rutgers Universityof New Jersey,  DeVry University of Nevada, Central State University of Ohio, and Nevada State College.  Established the Microfund Iniative of Newark, Nl.J.  Advisor to the Rutgers University's Small Business Development Center.  Avid genealogist and instructor in genealogy research.
