Enchanta (50,000 words) is an imaginative young adult fantasy novel for children eight to thirteen that adults could also enjoy. The story has lots of magic, adventure and surprises.
I started writing in 2009 after my second child went off to college. Empty nesting left me in a state of depression, setting time to write has been very therapeutic , and I have no plan on stopping.

Award-winning author, Nicole Weaver has taken on the challenge to write multilingual cultural themed children's picture books. As a mother of bi-racial children and a Haitian immigrant, Weaver has always had concern for the multicultural presence in today's children's books. She decided to use her gift of languages and personal experiences to take on the challenge of creating heart felt stories that portray children with multiple shades, backgrounds and languages.
There is only one theme that brings her stories together, compassion. She has penned four trilingual children's picture books:
My Sister Is My Best Friend (November 2011)
My Brother is My Best Friend (January 2014)
Marie and Her Friend the Sea Turtle (Second edition September 2015)
Colton and Chloe (October 2018)
