My favorite career experience was as an insurance underwriter for W. Clement Stone.  It taught me to walk in the face of fear.  Then,  my attorney asked me to come to work for him.  I graciously declined.  I couldn't imagine working "on the inside".  He eventually managed to change my mind.  That was over three decades ago.  Since then, I've primarily worked in law but, for a few years, I enjoyed the real estate industry. A personal passion is being a child advocate.  It's not something I control, it controls me.  When a child is in need, somehow we're brought together.  I have one adult son. I talked about writing a novel since age 12.  Writing is fun when you can write to your heart's content.  In June, 2003, I published my first mystery novel titled The Last Page.  Since then, I've written two super suspense novels, one of which is published titled MURDER Face 2 Face.  The other is soon to be published.  A fact-based short story, titled Blindsided, is posted here for your reading enjoyment.  (Names have been changed to protect the innocent.)

I've been a licensed insurance sales agent, a Realtor Associate, and executive legal secretary. Most of my higher education directly relates to these professions. I've been personally involved in cases related to parental child abduction, including National and International cases that resulted in positive outcomes.
