Frank is a retired RN who last served as hospice clinical manager for a large midwestern health system. Throughout an eclectic career, spending many years as an emergency room nurse in an inner city level one trauma center, as well as serving as an oncology clinical educator, a former chief deputy coroner, bartender, coal miner, and paratrooper stationed in Northern Italy, Frank has had the opportunity to meet many people in many parts of the world. These have all served to influence his writing in one way or another. Retirement now brings an opportunity to write after so many years and not enough time.
Frank and his wife Kitty live in a log cabin in North Central Ohio where they are joined by their 200 pound, seven year old Newfoundland named Harry and his newest companion, Ella, another Newfoundland of nearly the same size, but a year younger, and the newest addition, Howie, another Newfoundland who is a bit smaller, but three times as fast, and one-tenth as smart, for now. They are all loving, loyal, and enthusiastic, and like my wife, are just about the best friends a guy could ever hope to have,
Frank has two adult daughters; Andrea and Lindsay, and six absolutely perfect grandchildren, Madalyn, Peyton, Will, Sawyer, Hazel, and Nova who all live nearby.
