A former business manager and entrepreneur, three layoffs and a crooked business partner convinced me that I was barking up the wrong tree.  Things happen for a reason, however, and it was on one of these unanticipated breaks in my working life that I discovered I had an eye for photography and...I could write! I began writing for some pay-for-performance sites and saw some encouraging results.  This led me to write my first book, Tales of a Teenage Ninja, which was well received.  I have since written two other books: Little Kids Who Have Done Big Things, and Movies in Haiku (co-authored with a friend).   I am a lifelong resident of coastal South Carolina.  I look forward to interacting with the community here.
