Hello all.   I'm Dan, DR Moses, author of the books "Mr Bramble and the boy James", "Mr Bramble and the Galoots on Mars", and "Wolfie Burrows: Cats, Prats, and the Human Wolf Dog". I write primarily for children and young adults, and believe a good book is somewhere you can escape to, somewhere to forget about worries and troubles, and the hum-drum of real life. I also believe a good book should be fun. Why read something you do not enjoy.   I started writing in 2004 after graduating from Lancaster University, working as a freelance editor and copywriter. I started writing novels around 2008, and have published poetry, and written songs as a lyricist working with some acclaimed musicians. My first book was published on Amazon in 2011, with more published soon after.   The biggest influences on my writing have to be my father, and the great Roald Dahl. I love all the books Roald Dahl wrote, and my Dad was a great storyteller, very imaginative with great characters.
