I am a clinical psychologists and have always written short self-help newsletters for my clients. But when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 1999 I used journaling to help me cope with the changes that rapidly came into my life. After having a few years of distance from the diagnosis, I decided that my experience could be very valuable for other people.
