Miriam began writing in order to raise awareness of social anxiety disorder. Since then, the scope of her writing has widened, but she hasn't lost sight of her original goal. Born and brought up in London, Miriam has lived for most of her life in Jerusalem, the setting of her novel NEITHER HERE NOR THERE, published by Crooked Cat. THE WOMEN FRIENDS: SELINA, co-written with Emma Rose Millar, is based on the masterpiece, The Women Friends, by Gustav Klimt. Set in inter-war Vienna, it is the first of a series of novellas about Klimt's models. SOCIAL ANXIETY REVEALED (new) does something long overdue. It tells the world about social anxiety and is just as relevant for those who don't have it as it is for those who do.
