As an author, my books have received numerous awards. "Justice for the Black Knight" was awarded: the Beverly Hills Book Award for Best Legal Thriller; a silver medal for Best Thriller Fiction by the Global Ebooks Awards; Honorable Mentions in the Florida, Southeast, and Los Angeles Book Festivals; and a Kirkus Star. It was also a finalist for Best African American Literature in the Indie Book Awards. "Black and White: Volume I of the Lincoln County Law Trilogy" was a finalist for the National Indie Excellence Best Legal Thriller Book Award, and received Honorable Mentions for Best Fiction in the Hollywood and New York Book Festivals.
