Information
Following in my father's footsteps with an early diagnosis of diminishing memory, I want to be sure that a voice of hope, compassion and possibility be heard. I've been told that is me, and I rise to the occasion to say, hey! hey! there are things we can do to embolden ourselves. I'm no expert, but here's what I'm doing and it seems to be helping me to cope, fight and continue enjoying my life as best I can. We're not all in this place and, humbly, I'm so sorry for where you or your family or as a caregiver may be standing in this Alzheimer's world-wide problem. What I do know for sure is that Communication is Key and partnering in your own health is paramount. Come join me on my journey... poem by poem.
