Perry P. Perkins was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. Majoring in theatre and English at Clackamas College, Perry received his Foursquare ministry license from LIFE Bible College in 1995, and is a student of the Jerry B. Jenkins Christian Writer’s Guild.

Perry’s first mystery novel, JUST PAST OYSTERVILLE was published in 2004. The sequel, SHOALWATER VOICES will be released in October 2006.
