Information
A North Carolina native, Lynette Hall Hampton has been writing most of her life. She started out with lined tablets and fat pencils and eventually moving to the typewriter and finally the computer. Through the years she has published more than 500 articles, stories, poems and columns. In 2001 she turned to novel writing. Her first mystery novel JILTED BY DEATH was released in 2004 by Silver Dagger Mysteries. It features The Reverend Willa Hinshaw ans showcased the fitionial town of Liverpool, NC (which could be a small town anywhere.)
Accomplishments
JILTED BY DEATH was nominated for the Sir Walter Raleigh Award given by the Literary and Historical Society of North Carolina.
