While attending college, my course on existentialist literature opened a whole new world for me with the study of writers such as Sartre and Camus. After leaving college to pursue a musical career, as a singer and lyricist I wrote lyrics to dozens of original compositions. As a musician and then audio engineer, I wrote a monthly column on professional audio for a local music magazine. Later moving into the field of technology as a network engineer, I wrote for the technology panel of a regional newspaper and was the primary writer of articles based on home technology for the website “New Technology Home” until 2006. I published my first novel, The Room, in 2007 and my second novel, To Your Own Self Be True in March 2009. Burnished Bridge is a novella that published in March 2010. Eyes In This World, a series ending novel was published September 2013.

Just before college, I won first place in the "National Pen Women" competition for my fictional short story 'Distinction' as well as won second place in the New York "Best of City - The Written Word".
