I am passionate about certain things - history being one of those. I love traipsing around old buildings and learning the history of an area. A lot of these places find their way into my writings, poetic and otherwise. I am also passionate about early childhood education, preventing child abuse and domestic violence, saving the planet,health issues and current affairs. A lot of my poetry is reminiscences from my youth and past, appreciation of things about me, and topics that spark my interest. I run my own business as an Associate for a well-known company, which I am also passionate about. Occasionally I write business articles with regard to various facets of this.

I am a poet and writer, published a book of poetry (Twilight)in 2000 (now out of print)but libraries in SC, FL and England have copies. Many poems published in poetry magazines in the UK, on websites and in anthologies. Spent Summer 2000 touring nursing homes reciting poetry to the residents. Read some of my poetry on the QE2 in the passenger talent show. Was regular attendee/reader at Poets in Pubs, in Downham Market, Norfolk during 2000.
