Jim Provenzano is the author of the novels 'PINS,' 'Monkey Suits,' 'Cyclizen,' the Lambda Literary Award winner 'Every Time I Think of You' and its 2014 sequel 'Message of Love' (a Lammy finalist). His commissioned stage adaptation of 'PINS' premiered in 2002; the audiobook adaptation in 2013. 'Forty Wild Crushes,' his short story collection, was published in 2016. 2018 he published 'Now I'm Here' (Beautiful Dreamer Press), and in 2020, co-produced the audiobook adaptations of 'Every Time I Think of You' and 'Message of Love' with voice actor Michael Wetherbee. He also published his seventh novel, 'Finding Tulsa' (Palm Drive Publishing). A journalist in LGBT media for more than three decades, he lives in San Francisco.
