Writing has always been a huge part of my life, but I never imagined being a published author. It came unexpected, but sometimes, the best things in life are unplanned. I would have to say watching movies and wanting to write a feature film someday was the most influential part of me becoming a writer. The first movie that had a lasting effect on me was Star Wars. This was the beginning of what made me want to write and tell an amazing story. I also really like Timothy Zahn and how he expanded the Star Wars universe with his Heir to the Empire trilogy.
