Author of multiple books including "A Sacred Walk: A Contemporary Perspective of the Medicine Wheel for Everyday Living". Carla has many two decades of experience in helping others affect change through the integration of shamanic principles, metaphysical principles, clinical hypnotherapy, and mental martial art practices to bring a balance into life. She acts as a catalyst to help women discover their own soul path by changing the way they engage with life. Working in creative collaboration she does this work through illuminating and expanding the wisdom already within so that they can overcome adversity, trauma, or blockages in their life.
