Information
Writing as a child and teen helped me to escape the heartaches. It was and still is the portal to the fantastical with just a bit of truth peppered here and there to make it believable. Though I have published two autobiographical short stories, my heart lies in historical fiction as well as children's lit. I have completed one children's book manuscript and am returning to finish another children's book on Native American stories after taking a break to raise my two children. I love to envelope myself with jan brett, dr. seuss, and a myriad of adult oriented historical fiction writers.
