Mastering life is a challenge I accept fully and gratefully. As I wander through this life, as I learn and grow, I am passionately moved to share my experiences and knowledge with my readers. Since I have assumed my mantle of goddesshood, I am obliged to make my teachings available  in a form that is as easy to read as possible. As an elder, I know that knowledge I possess must be passed on. In a world that is dangerously devoid of values as ours, I  know that my work is cut out for me. I write because I must write. I must share what I have learned and what I know so that others may benefit from these experiences and teachings. In my younger years, I knew that a good education would give me credibility and a way to communicate better. Even though I raised three children, I still managed to sandwich in a BA degree in Political Science (graduated with honors) with minors in Data Processing and Creative Writing. I added a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential as well, which made me knowledgable about how to teach and also how to be a better parent.  I also taught Yoga for over 20 years in health clubs, recreation departments and college extension programs. My most recent accomplishment is to earn a DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster award) after spending 13 years as a Toastmaster. I am married and have a combined family now of seven grown children and a husband who is retired from public service and is now the prolific mystical writer, JD Humphrey and Deon Pollett. My writing is about growth, mentally, physically and spiritually.  I also write about the Major Event in my life, when I saw the Light in 1975. (True story) Needless to say, I was encouraged to see 'Close Encounters' be such a hit, because I can relate! I did not build a mountain of mashed potatoes; instead I write prolifically.  In my book, "Loved by the Light, A New Age Manual in Prose and Poetry", I share my journey and my insights as my creativity and potential increased expontentially. I recently decided to put all my poetry and songs into another book, 'Aquarius, Enlightening Poetry for a New Age'. I feel I have been drinking from the Cup of the Grail. Now I ask you, will you drink from my cup too? One last thing, please help take care of our beartiful earth.
