I have been writing since I was very young.  I have won awards at various stages of my schooling. When I started working at the hospital as a counselor for drug and alcohol abuse I began writing about my experiences working with children and adults of abuse. I have left the hospital and work for a private firm now.  I am a member of various poetry groups and forums.  I am an ambassador at one and enjoy reading and commenting on the poets fine work. I have met many fine poets and poetess and have become friends with many of them. They have been a great inspiration for me and  have helped me tremendously with my abilities at writing my feelings and thoughts. I thank each and everyone of them for their faith in me and for their help and construtive comments.

I have won many awards for my poetry at the various forums that I belong to and the many challenges and contests I have entered.
