My favorite author is Nicholas Sparks, he weilds this power over his readers, makes them fall in love right along with his characters and even when the endings aren't happy you are forever affected by it. He is my biggest inspiration; knowing that I can write a love story my way and it doesn't even have to have a happy ending for all involved...there's something almost poetic about it.
