Frank A. Little, Sr. retired as a United States Navy Commander after 30 years active military service where he trained early on as a hospital corpsman and operating room technician. After attending classes in the evening and on weekends, he earned a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration and went on to earn a Masters Degree in Administration and a Masters of Social Work degree.
