Ruby M. Harmon is a pediatrician and poet who has published three poetry books, Poetic Moves While Doctoring (2007), Being in Two Volumes (2009) and With Love (2010).  Her writing highlights her Liberian heritage and American and Liberian experiences. Poems explore themes of love, sadness, joy, resilience, hope and humor. She is working on  three children's books and other volumes of poetry.
