I was born into a small family and raised in south Louisiana. My parents were young and active, loving and very attentive of my sister and I. We were raised on rock-n-roll! My mother always had the most delicious vegetable garden and my dad hunted and brought home venison and duck. We weren't wealthy, but Mom and Dad worked hard to make sure my sister and I had as close to a storybook childhood as possible. They will always be my heroes.
