Currently an Officer in the U.S. Army, I've been writing since my sophomore year in college. My first major recognition was winning second place in my college's creative writing contest for a short story. I was also selected to write two articles for the Army's Quartermaster Bulletin and the COSCOM (Army Corps Support Command) Sustainer. I have been actively writing poetry for a few years now that deals with current events, religion, love, and fantasy.
