Most Chefs would agree that the only way to finally come of age is not just expressing yourself in the kitchen, but also putting forth your work to be judge by the most important of poeple, the knowledgable gastronome!  Cuisine Boheme is precisely my coming of age,  finaly showcasing "my homework" after more than 15 years of triainig and hard work.  It´s been real and It´s been fun!
