I was born in Alton Illinois, across the Mississippi River from St. Louis.
I escaped to San Francisco as soon as I was able and lived there 15 years begining in the mid 1960's. My last move was to Seattle in 1985. In 2001 I met, fell in love with, and married my wife, Marie-Louise, in Stockholm, Sweden.
