I have shuttled back and forth between Jamaica and the United Kingdom, seeking the best of both these words and deriving maximum satisfaction in both places. The young adult years in the UK were an education in social culture and life in the fast lane. Later on in Jamaica I matured and had time to reflect on lessons learned. Returning to the UK for the third quadrant of my life, I am constantly being amazed at the dramatic changes that have taken place over the years.
