I have shuttled back and forth between Jamaica and the United Kingdom, seeking the best of both these words and deriving maximum satisfaction in both places. The young adult years in the UK were an education in social culture and life in the fast lane. Later on in Jamaica I matured and had time to reflect on lessons learned. Returning to the UK for the third quadrant of my life, I am constantly being amazed at the dramatic changes that have taken place over the years. I have been thoroughly educated at the University of Life and Hard Knocks, and have the scars to show.  But I wear these with pride as they make me the stirling woman I have become.

The publication of my first book, a charming non-fiction of titilating true life tales. Very cherished is my certification in the use of culinary herbs and spices.
