Born in Stratford, Oklahoma in 1949 and joined USMC at age of 17, 4 days after graduating highschool in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Served San Diego CA before going to South Vietnam from 1968 through 1970. going to South Vietnam was my first experience at traveling and living outside US, in Vietnam, Guam, Japan and Australia.
I Attended Tulsa Junior College, Oklahoma University and Emporia State university. earning my degree in 1981.
