Sarah PJ White was born in Slough, Berkshire, United Kingdom in 1972. She is an author of numerous online and offline articles and is also a qualified Life Coach and Alternative Therapist. 

She started writing as a teenager, but didn't take it seriously until quite a few years later! Sarah completed a couple of writing courses and also a summer writing school to hone her skills before using her writing & coaching skills to start her own confidence building website.
