Sarah PJ White was born in Slough, Berkshire, United Kingdom in 1972. She is an author of numerous online and offline articles and is also a qualified Life Coach and Alternative Therapist.
She started writing as a teenager, but didn't take it seriously until quite a few years later! Sarah completed a couple of writing courses and also a summer writing school to hone her skills before using her writing & coaching skills to start her own confidence building website.
Sarah is an avid reader, & has been since starting secondary school - she quickly read her way through her fathers' bookcase of books - including Dick Francis, Readers Digest & Tom Clancy before moving on to James Patterson & Sidney Sheldon.
Sarah is currently writing her first two fiction novels - in the thriller and supernatural mystery genres - and runs a self confidence building website for adults (http://www.selfconfidenceworkshops.co.uk) in her spare time.
