Author Cathy Finch White was born and raised in Panama City, Florida. She now currently resides in Tampa, Florida. As a strong believer in the idea that education starts at home, White taught her three children the joy of reading at young ages.
After the birth of her grandson, White worried about a generation of children only interested in video games and movies.
