I was born in 1955. From the cradle I was watching "The Lone Ranger" and "The Adventures of Superman". This led to an early love of comic book superheroes. I recall my cousin and I playing superheroes as young boys and vowing to grow up to become one as many young boys do, but we were completely serious about it.
