Dr. Nellums received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Central Arkansas, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. A product of segregated schools in the rural south where he witnessed first hand the inequity of public schools, funding, and the allocation of resources associated with school operations.
