When I started to write at thirteen years old, I was drawn to the dark  stories and poetry of Edgar Allen Poe. A few stories I've written have a raw or edge to it, most likely a combination of the fantastic authors I've had the privilege to read; King, Cornwell, Andrews, Collins, Palanchinuk. Aside from creating the characters and the rest, I want all of my stories to send one message; that you can survive your circumstances and make wiser choices.
