Back in 1969 I was still living in Boston (where I grew up) and I was getting very involved with the anti-war movement. Then one day I found myself 'in the line of fire' in at a demonstration in Harvard Square that went badly when some instigators turned a peaceful demonstration in a nightmare of police bashing people with nightsticks.
