I only just realized that I love to write, almost as much as I love to read, when the opportunity to write my first book dropped in my lap last fall. I have relished every second of crafting a 219 page book on a subject many find dry: how corporate governance (the board of directors) works, and doesn’t work.
Readers thus far exclaim that the serious scholarship surprised them, almost as much as did their inability to put the book down. I am hopeful that these qualities will draw a good audience to the book on this esoteric and often mysterious but extremely important subject.
