Born , broughtup and eduacated in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India, I have been, till recently, a professor of English language skills at a leading technical university and writing poetry, haiku and tanka in English for about four decades. I have authored over 160 research articles, 175 book reviews and 46 books, including twenty volumes of poetry.
