Joe Fleckenstein was born in Maryland, and is a resident of Aberdeen. An executive assistant, he is a graduate of The College of Notre Dame of Maryland, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. With a background in retail management, banking, and non-profit associations, Joe desired an outlet to pursue his creative side, and turned to freelance writing in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area during the late 1990’s.
