My grandmother was a published author and often supplemented the family income by writing articles. I have written a lot of different things my past from poetry to a weekly newsletter of music entitled 'Rock Raff' to novels. It's all been a blast.

But it wasn't until 2000 when I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and forced to leave my position with the Canadian government that I began to seriously pursue my dreams of a writing full time. Now I had the time to do so.
